These Terms of Service are a draft. PawBook is operated by Jolie-Ann Monteiro as an unincorporated business, not an incorporated company. Governing law, refund policy, and acceptable-use terms are pending qualified legal review and are marked below.
The service
PawBook provides appointment booking and operations software for grooming salons, billed on a subscription.
Billing and taxes
Plans are billed in your salon's currency. Taxes apply. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. For billing, invoice, payment, or refund questions, email our billing team.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your access continues through that period.
Refunds
Refunds are issued at PawBook's discretion and are not guaranteed. Contact our billing team for refund requests.
Governing law
The preferred governing jurisdiction is Québec, Canada, subject to qualified legal review.
Acceptable use
Acceptable-use terms are pending legal review.
Support
Support is available by email or through the Contact page. PawBook offers no contractual service-level agreement or promised response time at launch.
Changes to these terms
These terms are a draft and will be finalized and published after legal review.
